How to Apply
1. Fill Out an Application Form
Download and submit a completed Program Application Form (PDF).

2. Gather Your Transcripts
Submit transcripts of the highest level of education you have completed. Student copies or photocopies are not acceptable. Transcripts become the property of University of Manitoba and will not be returned.
Submit any other required supporting documents (e.g., letters of reference, letter of intent). See Program Descriptions for details.
3. Submit Your Documents
Submit completed application form and transcripts to:

4. Register for Your Courses
Register for courses online or download and submit a completed Course Registration Form to apply by mail, email, fax or in person.
