Admission Requirements


There are no academic prerequisites. If you have not used math or statistics in some time, consider reviewing an introductory math or statistics text prior to the program. If English is not your first language, you must meet university TOEFL requirements with a score of 550 or 213 on the computer-based TOEFL, or IELTS requirements with a score of 6.5.

MGMT 0190 – Quality Assurance Planning, $750 (36 hrs)

This course is designed to provide you with a basic understanding of quality assurance from a manager’s perspective. Concepts and their applications will be discussed in terms of the service and manufacturing sectors.

MGMT 0192 - Quality Improvement: Principles and Procedures, $750 (36 hrs)

The objectives of this course are to introduce you to statistical quality control techniques and illustrate how these techniques are used in practice. These concepts and procedures can be applied to both manufacturing and service industries.
