Can I just enroll in a single course if I'm not interested in the entire program?

It depends if you are taking the Fast-Track option or not. In the Quality Management Certificate program, yes, you can enroll in just a single course. Completed courses can later be applied towards a Certificate in Quality Management. In the Fast-Track Quality Management Certificate program, no, you must take both courses.

If I need to VW from the Fast-Track program, what happens?

Since registration in both courses is required during the spring fast-track session, the Voluntary Withdrawal (VW) dates for both courses is also the same. A VW from one course results in a VW from both.

Is there a textbook?

You will require one textbook that can be used for both courses:Evans, J. R, Lindsay, W.M. (2017). Managing for Quality and Performance Excellence (10th ed). Cengage Learning. ISBN-13: 9781305662544.
