The letter of accomplishment in Higher Education Administration will prepare entry-level or mid-level professionals in Canadian universities, polytechnics, and colleges to become integral members of the administrative team by developing a greater understanding of how the context in which they work impacts their role, and by acquiring skills and abilities to enhance their performance.

Now Extended Education at the U of M has a program for entry level administrators and those who are new to the higher education environment.
Higher Education Administration is the new online professional development opportunity designed to be a guided introduction to the unique world of higher education in Canada including its history and its complexities.

If you are new to working in a university, college, or polytechnic, this is the program for you.
With this program, you will take the initiative to learn more about your workplace including its history, culture, students, and important topics like Indigenization. You will also work on your leadership skills and network with colleagues. Apply for this relevant professional development program.
