UMC 2018

The opportunity

UMC 2018 moved to a more interactive format. Participants worked virtually for the week prior to coming to Winnipeg, and online learning and social media was integrated throughout the course. UMC 2018 was structured around a model of core and adaptive leadership competencies, and considered the principles and processes that guide decision-making in key topic areas and explored these topics through a range of activities including presentations, case studies, simulations, and discussion groups.
