Develop your managerial capacity in your life science role. In partnership with the BAM (BioScience Association Manitoba), the program helps develop leadership skills within an industry-specific context.

Program Description
This program provides employees of life science member organizations in Manitoba with the opportunity to develop both general management and industry-specific skills related to leadership.
You will be required to complete 180 contact hours which include:
- 108 hours of management courses
- 70 contact hours of leadership development workshops
- 2 contact hours of one-on-one coaching sessions

- 2 contact hours of required one-on-one coaching sessions

You or your employer can choose either of these two courses to satisfy the requirement:
- Managing the Human Resource Function
- Organizational Behaviour
BAM Modules: 70 hours of classroom contact time and 2 hours of required one-on-one coaching sessions with BAM (BioScience Association Manitoba)

Submit official transcripts of the highest level of education you have completed. Student copies or photocopies are not acceptable. Transcripts become the property of University of Manitoba and will not be returned.
3. Submit Your Documents
